5 year guarantee for fillings, crowns, and bridges.
3 year guarantee for part and full dentures.
2 year minimum guarantee (according to type) for implants.
These guarantees will be reduced/cancelled in cases of:
- Neglected oral hygiene
- Non-observance of medical advice (e.g. taking out the total
dentures at night).
- Improper use of dentures.
- Non-attendance of necessary control examinations (once
a year).
- Natural decay of the jaw bone.
- An untreated mandibular joint-disfunction.
- Larger loss of or increase in weight in a very short
period of time.
- A general disease that has an adverse effect
on the teeth (like diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis,
condition
after
radiation and/or cytostatic therapy).
No guarantees can be given for provisional dentures,
etc. Aftertreatments like the removal of a suture after the operation
or the padding of dentures do not count as a service with guarantee.
