Up to 15 year guarantee + we pay the costs for the flight
Guarantee period:
- fix dentures: 5 years (bridges, crowns, fillings)
- part dentures: 3 years
- implants: 10 years
- total dentures: 2 years
- root treatment: 15 years
Exclusion of guarantee:
No guarantee claims can be accepted in case of works that have to
be regarded as aftertreatments, e.g. removal of a suture after an
operation or the padding of dentures, or in case of provisional dentures,
etc.
Extent of the guarantee:
Dental treatment and dentures
Possible payment of travel costs (after consultation with INDEXMEDIA)
The guarantee will be reduced or cancelled in cases of:
Neglected oral hygiene
Non-observance of medical advice (e.g. taking out the total dentures
at night).
Improper use of dentures.
Non-attendance of necessary control examinations (once a year).
Natural decay of the jaw bone.
An untreated mandibular joint-disfunction.
Larger loss of or increase in weight in a very short period of time.
A general disease that has an adverse effect on the teeth (like diabetes,
epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after radiation and/or cytostatic
therapy).
No guarantees can be given for provisional dentures, etc. Aftertreatments
like the removal of a suture after the operation or the padding of
dentures do not count as a service with guarantee.
